Registered activity: education and training. The strands below follow the company’s objects as amended in 2024.
The original purpose of the company was kindergarten. We still treat the first years as a craft: safe rooms, unhurried days, and language that children can grow into — Arabic first, with English introduced in measured steps.
The amended objects give the company the right to practise education and to provide educational services, including support around curriculum and learning programmes for the community we serve in Zliten.
Professional and applied training is an explicit company object: structured courses, workshops, and skills programmes for learners and working adults, delivered under the Zliten licence.
The articles allow participation with specialist organisations, and the opening of branches in Libya and abroad, subject to the approvals required by law.
